1oz Charbay Green Tea Vodka

1oz Lychee Liquor

3/4oz Morimoto Junmai Sake

1 Meyer Lemon Squeezed

Dash of simple Syrup

Shake and strain into Martini Glass

Garish: Green Tea sugar rim a Martini Glass and Dehydrated Sliced Lotus Root

Ginger Mint Margarita

1 1/2oz Campeon Silver Tequila

1oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Cognac

1 Squeezed Lime

8-10 leaves Mint dash Agave Syrup

Shake and double strain into Martini Glass

Garnish: 1/2 Kosher Salt Rim Float 1 Mint Leaf
